Digital game keys
Gift cards
Other downloadable or digital products

2. General Rules for Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product key or code is revealed, activated, or downloaded, it is generally non-refundable under EU consumer protection laws.
However, you are entitled to a refund in specific cases outlined below.

3. 14-Day Return Period (EU Consumer Rights)

You have the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if:

The product is defective or cannot be activated due to a technical problem.
The product received is different from what was described or purchased.
The code was invalid or already redeemed at the time of delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

The product key or code was successfully activated.
The issue is caused by not meeting the minimum system requirements.
The product was purchased by mistake or you changed your mind after activation.
The problem is caused by third-party platform outages (e.g., Steam, Xbox, PlayStation).

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
We may require additional information or evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued in the same currency used for the original purchase.
In case of partial refunds, only the affected product will be refunded.
